Orecchiette Con Salsiccia D'Abruzzo E Cime Di Rape review by Patrick Flaherty
I ordered the Orecchiette con Salsiccia d'Abruzzo e Cime di Rape, and it was hands down one of the best pasta dishes I've had in a long time. The sausage was packed with flavor without overpowering the dish, and the broccoli rabe added just the right amount of bitterness to balance everything out. The orecchiette was cooked perfectly and held onto every bit of the sauce.

I was lucky enough to live near Naples for 6 months in college and still dream of the pasta and pizza I ate there. I came here for my best friends birthday after hearing how authentic their food was. I was immediately taken back to Italy after ordering the lasagna. I also taste tested all my friend's dishes and was completely impressed. I will be coming back for my birthday this April and any other event I can find a excuse to celebrate!

The dish was delicious and the smoked speck gave such a rich taste to the dish. The nuttiness of the pistachios balanced out the heavier flavors nicely. The pasta is clearly homemade and was cooked to perfection.

Absolutely delicious! The pasta was perfectly cooked—al dente with a wonderful, satisfying bite. The sauce was rich, flavorful, and well-balanced, complementing the dish without overpowering it. Fresh ingredients shone through in every bite, from the vibrant herbs to the perfectly seasoned mushrooms . Portion size was generous, and presentation was inviting. This is a pasta dish I would happily order again and recommend to anyone looking for comfort and quality on a plate

Mmm MMMM gooood! Reminded me of the best carbonara i ever had 50 years ago... but even "betta"... i think it was the homemade papparadell topped it! Thank you.

I had the rigatoni with marinara sauce, ricotta cheese and rappini on the side - absolutely delicious! Authentic Neopolitan meal! Appetizer was Tagliere - fantastic! This is the best REAL Italian food I have found in Venice/Sarasota area! The bread, the Italian wines are the best to compliment a fantastic, delicious Italian meal. The only Italian restaurant I will go to. The waitstaff are pleasant, courteous and efficient! 5 Star all the way!

I had the lasagna at Napule lst night and it was amazing! Perfect flavor and it melts in your mouth. It tastes homemade but with a restaurant flair. Definitely one of the best comfort meals I've had in Sarasota. Can't wait to go back!
